Tracked delivery, wherever we ship
Every order is prepared by hand in Geneva (Switzerland) and shipped with a tracking number. You receive an email with the tracking link when your parcel leaves, and you can follow it from your customer account.

Customs and taxes

Delivery before Christmas
To receive your order before 24 December, order by 14 December at the latest.
Packaging
Every order is protected for transit. Collectibles ship in their original packaging, untouched. Gift wrapping with a little note can be chosen in the cart, and you can ask us to hide the price on the packing slip.
A problem with your parcel?
Late, damaged or lost parcel: write within 48 hours to hi@mochibow.com with your order number and photos. We open an enquiry with the carrier and resend or refund your order if the parcel does not reach you.
