30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return a product that does not suit you, with no need to justify yourself. That is more than the legal 14-day withdrawal period under European consumer law, which we naturally respect.
Conditions
- The product must be new, unused, in its complete original packaging, with its labels.
- Blind boxes and sealed products must be returned unopened.
- For hygiene reasons, unsealed cosmetics, earrings and underwear cannot be taken back, except in case of defect.
- Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How to return an item
- Write to hi@mochibow.com with your order number and the item concerned, or use the return form in your customer account.
- We send you the return address and, where applicable, a label.
- Pack the item carefully and ship it within 14 days.
- Once received and checked, we refund you within 14 days at most, to the payment method you used.
Return costs

Exchanges
To swap a size or colour, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order: you are sure the variant you want is still available. We can also hold the variant for you while the return is in transit: just ask.

The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to all our products. Send us a photo and your order number: we replace or refund, return shipping included.
